Okay I know this question is tongue in cheek but I've actually put a lot of thought into how one would accomplish the overthrow of capitalism and I think the answer is basically "when there are so many of us that killing and or jailing all of us is not feasible.'

There are roughly 8B humans on an Earth being boiled like soup right now, and at most a few millions of rich capitalists doing the boiling; I think this is more realistic than most ppl realize.
