I had burnout about a decade ago, and I think it's important to share two things I learned are absolute key
- Deep sleep. Get as much of this as possible. 1-2 years on 4 hours a night and your brain will be toast, you can't remember the start of the sentence you're reading halfway down- Do Not Ignore Sleep.
- Exercise. If you're going to do nothing else in terms of exercise today, try e.g running in place or jumping jacks as fast as possible until you're out of breath. You'll sleep better too.
