I had a second call with them a bit ago where they mentioned that they were employing a sort of backup system due to their ongoing issue.
In their words "you will be back online but you will need to expect recurring disconnections while we go through the repair process".

And I suspect they probably get torn apart by boomers even angrier than me all day long, so the turnover is insane I'm sure.
