Alright y’all, I’ve spent a lot of time since the incident with The Adjuster pointing out how bad #UHC and the healthcare industry as a whole in the US is.(Pretty terrible). But while we were distracted, the #GOP has been up to the usual perfidious behavior.
The House passed the military funding bill with a poison pill for #transgender children. Because if there’s one thing we know about #republicans, it’s that they spend a scary amount of time thinking about children’s genitals.
Those of us stuck with the likes of Cruz and Cornyn aren’t going to get anywhere trying to convince them to vote against it, but for those of you with Dem senators, please contact them. A surprising number of Dems in the House voted for this. We need the Senate to send it back, and if Bob forbid they pass it, we need to put pressure on the White House to veto.
