is there some way to make a persistent lightning address that is open-ended like a BTC address is? As I use Blue-wallet for lightning on my phone I end up being forced to put in the requested quantity like an invoice as opposed to just having a receive address. This seems useful in some cases but retarded for things like a tip jar or whatever.
