My Anova sous vide machine, purchased less than 2 months ago, broke. Looking at the customer forums, it appears that it broke in the exact way this company’s devices have been breaking for years. Apparently, you can go on eBay, buy a replacement microchip, take the machine apart, and fix it yourself, but I just don’t feel that I should have to do that for something I bought less than two months ago. I want to cook, not engage in amateur electronics repair.
