Matrix: Reloaded is nearly as good as The Matrix. It introduces two great new characters - the Merovingian and the Architect - and three decent ones - Persephone, Seraph and the Keymaker. Persephone would get higher rating but she is woefully underutilized. Lucky Keanu, tho.
And yeah, that freeway chase is superb. Mona Lisa Overdrive is in rotation to this day.
