I'm pretty sure Luxon is, in practice, increasing our foreign trade deficit. The idea of 'foreign investment' being inherently good is only true for the richest NZers. Similarly PPPs. We need the weathiest NZers to pay a lot more tax, and we need foreign (tax dodging) corporations *out* of NZ.
