1. You cannot control what social media platform people use. That's their decision. Stop trying to make it for them.
2. Threads literally launched today - people are going to try the new shiny thing. Have some patience ffs.
3. If you want people to use Mastodon and the Fediverse they need a reason to use it besides "other services bad." Give them a reason to want to come here.
