If they’re using ai for something that can’t be done well without using ai, it might make sense. If they’re using ai as an attempt to cut costs - firing humans and using ai - that’s a fools errand. Really implementing an ai solution is far from free, and humans have other value adds, like we can do tons more stuff than ai, like honestly wish someone happy birthday or welcome a new baby.",
