ducky (nprofile…q2ey) Sounds roughly similar to what the SingleFile[1] browser extension does, which saves the current state of the page, and all of its dependencies, including images, to one "HTML" file (the data is not really directly in the HTML afaik, but a self-extracting ZIP file and its extractor, are embedded in HTML). The extension removes script tags by default when saving a file too, but that's optional. There's a command line version of the tool too.
