Absolutely perfect weather in Phoenix area Arizona now. 8pm and it's 62°F. Always seem to need to wait til end of November now (at least) for this kind of weather. The only real good time of year here, in my opinion. No snow in Phoenix winters either, just kinda decent-ish days of mild weather til the heat starts back up again in April or May.
