Most humans are followers who desire a benevolent guiding hand to tell them what to do.
Whoever can imagine the future and articulate their vision for it has filled that void in the minds of the people.
The people will seek to actualise the vision they resonate with once the burden of actually envisioning a future is lifted from them.
Imagining the future, envisioning it, and articulating it is a super power.
