While this is largely true, it ignores the primary reason for the American retreat from cities: avoiding niggers. It is the same reason why Europe can have functional mass transit and we can't.

Americans that dog on cities only do so because they're American and they don't know how to design a city anymore, only cars and what the cars drive on. Any city in eastern Europe is nicer than every shit hole in the US. Also Europeans can actually walk farther than the fridge to grab another frozen goyslop meal.
