It just occurred to me that the world is run by platforms and apps that are just code that is the equivelant of a pile of pickup sticks that keeps accumulating, with the legacy code somewhere down there in the pile, and one day maybe centuries later someone remove it thinking it's fine and the whole pile collapses.
And zombies wipe out the earth.
