I'm the same way with privacy and sociality. I've learned in the last year or so how intense that divide is for me too. Some supportive or positive input from people online made a horrifyingly big difference in how mentally well I felt and how confident I was about doing my work, and then the first negative interaction I had online made me want to hide and never show my face online again lol I wish I was a bit less sensitive but I am getting better at seeing the good in my qualities cause there is always a reason and always something helpful that can come from how we are I think.
