Huh? I don't even know where to start. I suggest studying how bitcoin actually works because concepts like "push bitcoin to an address" makes no sense.
An address is just a small part of a UTXO that allows you to spend that bitcoin at a later date by signing with your private key against that address. There is no "pushing data to an address", inscription or otherwise.
