I have two accounts. One feed is manageable, I read every post; I occasionally skip a few if, e.g., I have travel or something that prevents me from checking it for a while. The other feed is a firehose, and I browse it occasionally.
There's stuff in the firehose that I used to see more of, before the Fedi got so huge, that I kind of miss. It's not worth reading it all, though. I have muted boosts on a few of my follows because they're so prolific.
