I actually have EPUBs of my book and both my Fathers books. I’m also publishing my grandfathers book (he joined the Royal Navy in 1898 as a gunner to fight in the Boer war and wrote his memoirs at the end of his life.
It’s entitled “Holy Stones and Salt Junk”
I publish on Amazon because it costs me nothing and I get approx 33% of the income from the book. None of the books are high volume, or ever will be, so it’s not worth finding an independent publisher.
When you use Kindle publishing you agree not to sell through any other publisher, including yourself. I can buy my own books at near cost price, about 33% of the sales price to sell face to face, but I’m not allowed to sell via any other method.
