I finally got around to enabling language translation in my Mastodon instance. I went with DeepL because it was simple and fast, but I'm uneasy with sending other peoples' posts to an outside service, so I'm considering using LibreTranslate instead. LibreTranslate requires setting up a service on my VPS, which is not inconsequential.
Thoughts?
