There was a big problem with Venezuelan imports in December and many people and companies are still waiting for their packages, including me. They don't give us any information, they only tell me that they have been releasing some smaller packages but my camera has not arrived yet. At this point I have needed it many times and they still don't tell me when it can arrive...
The only information they gave me is that customs was inspecting each container one by one, opening boxes one by one and that was the reason for the delay.
