Part of what we're trying to do in collaborating with hardware vendors is to shore up areas where there may be challenges in the short or long term. We'll pass this feedback on to Lenovo (our contact is very nice and a member of the Fedora community) and take this into account for future efforts to promote this program.
On a positive note: I does seem like the Fedora config is available in Europe, just not via one link that will work for everyone.
