Whereas, if you look at it on Nostrudel, it's also HTML, but there are elements interjected that are npub-specific (reactions, for instance). These elements are generated on-the-fly and they're why the web page looks different for every npub.
Our e-reader would probably just have one version (the one from our own relay, or whichever relay your instance uses), that was generated hourly or daily or whatever, and anyone reading the book would be looking at that.
