i get their point - that you could think of CLOSED as an ack like OK is an ack for a REQ but it's not done that way and isn't necessary, because simply the client is just not gonna get any more of that filter subscription anymore
but it's not, CLOSED is relay side CLOSE, it has the same semantics in opposite direction
