Hmm, yes it's really how to allow new users writing 'Hello' into the void to be seen, and distinguishing that ftom spam is really tough. I think maybe it'll need Web of Trust vouching, or a charge.
BTW I've got a Trust rank score for each user, called 'MemBrain score' - might be of use to you.
