When I fast draft, I draft. I don’t have much time for anything else, & most everything is a distraction.
Distractions are procrastination.
If I was going to indulge related works, I’d do so long before drafting, not during. That would give it time to percolate in my brain so I can process any possible similarities.
Which, by the way, I’ve never found.
