Bootstrapping compilers is not fun!

I had hoped by 2022 we would have learned the lessons from the 1980's.

I got gcc-5 working, which provided me enough to compile everything needed to get gcc-11 going.

Hopefully, at the end of this painful process I will have both the latest llvm and gcc available.
