Thinking about how much depends on the benevolence of the people running the connected devices we use. Can you imagine what Elon would be putting on everyone’s screen if he owned a line of devices like the Echo Show? We should consider ourselves lucky that people have to open an app on their phones to have his message shoved in their face.
