SCOTUS is about to hear Trump argue that an originalist reading of the Constitution does not grant individual States the right to govern their own elections.

There are only two outcomes here. Either SCOTUS upholds Colorado's removal of Trump from the 2024 ballot under the 14th amendment, or SCOTUS rules against originalist constitutionalism as it relates to States' rights, thereby undermining their own ruling on Roe v Wade.

Either way, something's gonna break.
