you know what thoroughly fucks me up? We've been part of that kid's life since she was born, lives right across the street from us - babysitting constantly and when the pandemic hit she grasped the issue immediately, no problem masking, actually taking adults to task if they were lax
she hits school, where they are supposed to teach inclusion and critical thinking and now I see her confused, worried, stressed about all the illness and denial
