My workspace looks quite Mexican on salsa days… aside from my chopsticks 😂 I can’t cook without them!

Also, my partner is disputing that the 9” x 13” aluminum pans are called “charola” (apparently translated as“tray”) in #Spanish, but he doesn’t know what they’re actually called… I think I’ll stick with “charola” until otherwise corrected.
