Would I install a gov.uk app? I'm not sure why.
Perhaps it would be sufficiently compelling.
Or perhaps I would have no choice, if there was something I needed to do which was not supported by the website / functionality of my web browser.
But what about people with older phones, or who are reliant on a library computer?
