If you want to customize #Grub or even #SDDM it will not be easy, at least not as easy as it is on "Regular" Distros. Some apps that require special services to start will require workarounds. Not gonna be fun for everyone. Bottom line is I find such distros too limiting for the G33ks like myself who love to tinker. 2/2
