ive been researching antennas and learning how they work and how to tune them. i was stoked to have things mostly working with almost zero thought to placement. so now i can place them higher, and got some more antennas on the way. currently im rocking a 10dbi (17cm) and one of those small stock 2dbi ones. one is already on a hill so i have fantastic reception there.. the 2dbi one i will upgrade and put higher to extend the range to the public mesh ..
