This is the most compact, well-sedimented yeast cake I have ever seen. I could tilt the fermenter for the final sips of beer, it didn't even move. Which is awesome because moving yeast cake is a huge pain in the ass when I try to get my ales into the bottle. Kudos, Lallemand Yeast!
