I think we have 2 of those at home, an Intel one that now runs Linux, and an Apple one still with MacOS.
Good machines, that tend to last a long time, but are stuck with their factory RAM and SSD: if you get one, make sure it has enough RAM that, over the next 10 years, you won't kill the SSD by swapping too much.
