When I was on Twitter earlier, I followed this Asian looking American giving carnivore tips and tricks, supposedly doing “experiments” on his and other kids.
This experiment was about their choice of food when given the absolute freedom.
Obviously claiming children will give absolute priority to meat then second will be sweet fruits for some and vegetable table will stay untouched.
I have 3yo and 1 and 1/4 yo and now I see.
If given the chance, they go for beef - even raw. They love eggs. Sometimes they want some fruits (bananas, and/or apples, pears and sometimes grapes), younger one loves tomatoes and that’s basically it.
If given the chance, they’d don’t want anything else. Good thing is I now believe they don’t NEED anything else, which is a relief for me.
They even outright refuse to eat bread. They are willing to eat pasta on the other hand.
Do you have simmilar expiriences?
