Three years ago I broke my leg. And it sort of woke me up in a big way. I could see that if I didn't take better care of my health I'd have some big problems. I could also see that my job was eating up too much of my life and causing me too much stress because I was being avoidant and bad at communicating and generally being responsive and organized.
So, I went on the war path.
