sometime after that, i joined the CCC. then one person in the group i was a member in had trouble with their ex, who was also a member… and all they asked was that he leave them alone, and waybe tell them whey he'd be there so they had a chance to avoid him.
and the group thought that this was super unreasonable, and that person got a lot of shit for the simple request to be able to avoid their ex, and that's then i threw a fit and left, because that was just so fucking triggering.
maybe they will support you if you have been severely abused and you can bring receipts. but they will never support you if you can't really explain why you are so uncomfortable around him, why your heart starts racing and you get nauseous at the idea of being in the same room as him, why you really wish there was someone that affirwed you right to be in this space as equal to his.
