More Sparkle Motion testing - 24V Neon Neopixel Tubes āØš
This chonky neopixel tube is a treat with full, smooth color all the way around - but it's also a real pain to drive, given it requires 24V power. Or at least it would be if we didn't have this Sparkle Motion (https://www.adafruit.com/product/6100) board we are testing!
