salty_apollyon (npub1z06…7fpu) Well, this isn't a convo about whether easy modes are good or not. Lapin wanted a game that was fun, and I proposed under the context "if the game offers it." If it's already there, there's not much you can do.
That being said I do agree, I much prefer games that have one intended set difficulty. The only difficulty gradients I accept are the ones that actually tinker the game's encounters beyond stat boosts, and whether certain content is locked behind difficulties (true endings, bonus content, achievements, etc.)
