It looks like the US is giving up on the temporary pier in Gaza and is removing it for good. In total I believe they delivered not much more than zero pounds of food from that pier to the Gaza public. They delivered some small amount of food off the pier into a staging area, where it sits. The staging area is being used by the Israeli military to stage attacks. The US has spent $230,000,000 on this pier.
