With all the talk about Meta P92, privacy, and related concerns has any #MastoAdmin found or written a guide on what actually happens when an instance enables “Authenticated Post” (Secure mode)?
I’m curious if you really want to box out other instances if this would be required. I know there are performance impacts but still have no good documentation.
If nothing is found then #DEFCON.social will create a test server and start experimenting after #DEFCON31
