Got a reply, "We don't replace missing parts." Back to Amazon, clicked "Chat," got a useless AI. Clicked "Call me." Got a call from a useless AI. AI referred me to a person. Person referred me to a person. Person offered to start return. I said, "For a $15 rod? Can't you just send me a new one?"
So she did.
Sheesh. Yay, but sheesh.
