Looking for a weekend read? Want to better understand the population disabled by a hereditary connective tissue disorder (#HDCT)--such as #EDS, #MCAD, #POTS, #HSD, #MECFS? There are a lot of them out there, but they're mostly invisible because when not going to medical appointments they’re stuck lying on the couch or bed at home.

The National Academies (#NASEM) delivered a report to #SSA on these disorders last year, I found it educational:
