Can confirm. They're amazing devices at top notch prices. You can get in the form factor of a gameboy every game up to PS1, excluding N64, running perfectly with Retroarch fast forward/turbo/states for around $40-ish if you catch a good deal. And if you put some muscle in it you could probably get N64 and Saturn in there too with more arcade power to boot.
"Well what about handheld PS2/Gamecube?" don't ask that question trust me on this.
