Nobody, except fro Russia, prevents Ukraine selling its grain. That’s what the whole “solidarity corridors” deal was about. Just not in EU and not at dumping prices. The deal was from the start intended to replace the Black Sea route which, as Ukraine itself claimed, is necessary to export grain to Asia and Africa. But then they flooded EU market instead.
