Okay, fellow #LawProfs: Let's say you're looking back at your first article on a topic and you think about 90% of it is still right, but you've changed your mind on one issue. How do you address it in future work? Do you use the first person?
Like, do you say "in my previous article...." above the line? Only in footnotes? Approach it a totally different way?
Examples of this being done successfully would be much appreciated.
