The parliament.nz site seems to be having issues — or at least the bit that deals with the submissions on the Treaty Principles Bill is having issues. It was a good chance to teach others about using the Developer Tools (F12) to get an idea of what the browser is doing by looking at the Network tab, and using
https://http.cat/ to look up and learn about the status codes.
