After upgrading my Alienware X14R1 from Fedora 40 to 41, none of the Gnome apps would launch (Settings, Software, Files, etc). Here's what I found to make it work:
Add the line:
GSK_RENDERER = ngl
to the file: /etc/environment
#linux #fedora
